<p><strong>How do I place an order?</strong><br>
Browse our products, click "Add to Cart," then checkout when you're ready. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.</p>

<p><strong>Do you offer discounts?</strong><br>
Yes! Sign up for our email list and get 15% off your first order. We also run flash sales and promotions—follow us on Instagram and TikTok so you don't miss out.</p>

<p><strong>Can I change or cancel my order?</strong><br>
Contact us ASAP at hello@scottiepaul.com. If we haven't shipped it yet, we can modify or cancel. Once it ships, you'll need to return it per our return policy.</p>

<p><strong>Is my payment secure?</strong><br>
100%. We use Shopify's secure checkout with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full credit card info.</p>

<p><strong>Do you have a loyalty program?</strong><br>
Coming soon! We're building a rewards program where you'll earn points for purchases, reviews, and referrals. Stay tuned.</p>

- $5.95 standard (5-7 business days)<br>
- $12.95 express (2-3 business days)</p>

<p><strong>When will my order ship?</strong><br>
Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship same day. Orders after 2 PM ship next business day. You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.</p>

<p><strong>Do you ship internationally?</strong><br>
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!</p>

<p><strong>My package says "delivered" but I don't have it. What now?</strong><br>
Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or building management. If it's truly lost, contact us at hello@scottiepaul.com within 48 hours and we'll help resolve it.</p>

<p><strong>Can I track my order?</strong><br>
Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the link to track in real-time.</p>

<h3>↩️ Returns & Exchanges</h3>

<p><strong>What's your return policy?</strong><br>
We offer a <strong>30-day satisfaction guarantee</strong>. If you're not happy, return it for a full refund (minus return shipping). Products must be in original condition (we accept opened skincare/makeup for hygiene products).</p>

<p><strong>How do I return something?</strong><br>
Email hello@scottiepaul.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US only). Ship it back, and we'll refund you within 5-7 business days after we receive it.</p>

<p><strong>Can I exchange a product?</strong><br>
Yes! Email us and we'll process an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge accordingly.</p>

<p><strong>What if my product arrived damaged or defective?</strong><br>
Contact us immediately at hello@scottiepaul.com with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund—your choice. You won't pay return shipping for damaged items.</p>

<p><strong>Can I return sale items?</strong><br>
Yes, sale items are returnable under the same 30-day policy. Final sale items (if any) will be clearly marked as non-returnable.</p>

<p><strong>Are your products authentic?</strong><br>
100%. We source directly from authorized distributors and verified suppliers. No knockoffs, no fakes.</p>

<p><strong>Are your products cruelty-free?</strong><br>
Most are! We label products that are cruelty-free and vegan. Check individual product pages for details.</p>

<p><strong>Do you test products before selling them?</strong><br>
Whenever possible, yes. We also rely on verified customer reviews and dermatologist recommendations.</p>

<p><strong>What if I have sensitive skin?</strong><br>
Look for products labeled "sensitive skin-safe" or "dermatologist-tested." Email us if you need personalized recommendations—we're happy to help!</p>

<p><strong>Do you offer skincare consultations?</strong><br>
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap! For now, email us your skin concerns and we'll recommend products.</p>

<p><strong>Can I request a product you don't carry?</strong><br>
Yes! Email hello@scottiepaul.com with your request. If enough people want it, we'll add it to our lineup.</p>

Nope! You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive perks.</p>

<p><strong>Do you sell my info?</strong><br>
